Today
was officially my first day in the new office. When
I began the process of moving from my old location to
this new one, I was filled with trepidation. My biggest
concern was not only being out by the deadline of my
lease expiring, but to have the equipment moved expeditiously
so that I would not miss a day in the office. Despite
the fact that you reassured me it would be fine, I was
doubtful.
I
am writing to thank you for the seamless transition
you and your staff provided. From the conception and
rendering of architectural designs to the construction
of the new space, your representatives conducted themselves
professionally. Typically, dealing with the inspectors
and township permits is arduous and time consuming;
however, your company handled this with such ease and
expediency. Your input in equipment selection was invaluable,
and I am extremely pleased with the look and function
of my new operatories. Everything you said you would
do you did; moreover, when there was a discrepancy regarding
a quote for the xray equipment, you honored my understanding
of what the cost should be. I believe your ethics to
be beyond reproach. You are truly a man of your word.
It
was such a great feeling having our patients come in
today and marvel at the beauty of the new office. I
feel you share in those compliments equally with my
staff and myself. Please know that I will recommend
you to my colleagues as well. You may certainly consider
me a reference for your clientele. I have instructed
my office manager to buy supplies exclusively from Tri-State
Dental and to use you for our service needs as well.
